Clover Catalyst is a B2B SaaS Dashboard designed to streamline client relationship management for Fiserv. It aligns tasks systematically for easy completion and tracks interactions with clients.
The platform helps businesses grow by efficiently managing contacts, preventing duplication, and improving communication through calls and texts—all within one dashboard. It supports both nurturing existing relationships and acquiring new clients.

Problem Definition
Small businesses often struggle with fragmented client management systems, leading to inefficiencies, lost opportunities, and poor client relationships. The goal was to create a unified platform that addresses these pain points and empowers businesses to manage their client interactions more effectively
2. Analyzing Usability Issues in Existing Product
Conducted low budget usability tests, User interviews were conducted with 18 small business owners and sales representatives. This qualitative data was complemented by a comprehensive UX survey completed by 112 participants, providing quantitative validation of key pain points and desired features

Based on our research and analysis, we identified the following key tasks for Clover Catalyst:

Provide comprehensive client overviews

We conducted brainstorming sessions and created low-fidelity wireframes to address these jobs, focusing on intuitive navigation and efficient workflows.

Simplifying the navigation bar to include status toggle and notifications
A simple top menu with a toggle to show if the user is active or busy, plus a notifications area. This helps team communication and keeps users updated on important activities.

Designing a lead panel with clear visual hierarchy for important information
A clear lead panel that shows key info at a glance. It displays lead ratings, who's responsible for the lead, contact details, business info, and alerts for duplicate records. This helps users manage and prioritize leads better.

Creating an overview panel that presents client data in an easily scannable format
An easy-to-read dashboard showing important client data. It includes lead status, how the client was referred, campaign information, and crucial notes. Users can quickly access this info for better decision-making and personalized client interactions.

Being able to communicate with clients and make calls through the platform
A calling system built into the platform. Users can make and receive calls without leaving the app. It also allows adding more people to ongoing calls, making team discussions easier.

After completing the Clover Catalyst design, structured guides was created for developers with essential details aligned to the platform’s setup. This streamlined the development process and ensured accurate implementation. The documentation included:

Specifications for the lead management panel and client overview dashboard
Guidelines for building the integrated communication hub
Notes on component interactions, animations, and state changes across the platform
